The Weber-Morgan Health Department Tobacco Program works with Tobacco Retailers in Weber and Morgan counties to decrease the sale of tobacco to minors. We encourage retailers to train their employees on the steps that need to be taken to prevent underage youth from illegally obtaining tobacco from their business.
