RETAILER RESOURCES      "Helping youth stop

before they start."

The Weber-Morgan Health Department Tobacco Program works with retailers in Weber and Morgan counties to decrease the sale of tobacco to minors. We encourage retailers to train their employees on the steps that need to be taken to prevent underage youth from illegally obtaining tobacco from their business.

On Oct. 27, 2014, the Weber-Morgan Board of Health adopted a regulation for Retail Sailes of E-Cigarettes, Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems, Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems Paraphernalis and E-liquid and E-liquid Manufacturing.

We would like to thank all of our retailers for the efforts they make to keep tobacco out of the hands of our youth.
