Standard Features
Stage Floor:
- Length and Depth - 24' x 20'

The stage will be rented at the following rates:
• Set-up/Tear-down charge - Monday thru Friday - $180 ($45/hour, estimate 1 hour
set-up, 1 hour tear-down, ½ hour travel time for back and forth, two trips for 2
hours total). Additional per hour charge may apply if event planners are not
prepared to accept delivery or tear-down at scheduled times.
• Set-up/Tear-down charge - Saturday thru Sunday - $270 (estimated similar to
above, but with overtime rates).
• $250/day rental fee (to help cover maintenance, registration, etc.)
• Call back charge - $50/hour/person from time of arrival to completion of call back
work completed (changes to set-up during usage, back drop removal or set-up not
done as initial delivery, etc).
• Damage charge - actual cost of repair plus 10%
