Weber County RAMP
RAMP Summer Activities
Weber County RAMP:
- costs one penny for every $10 purchase
- will raise an estimated $3M annually
- will fund new and existing facilities and programs for recreation, arts, museums, and parks
- will benefit every resident in every city and rural area within Weber County
- will enhance quality of life in Weber County and promote economic vitality
- will be distributed to qualified non-profit organizations, and city and county entities through a formal proposal process
RAMP was established to fund Projects such as:
- activities for every age - for children, teens, adults and seniors
- playing fields for youth and adult soccer, softball and football
- walking, biking, equestrian and cross-country trails
- neighborhood parks, and pathways
- swimming pools and aquatic centers
- community recreation centers
- multi-cultural and arts festivals
- dance, theatre and music activities and performances
- arts in the schools
- literary outreach programs
- tennis, basketball, skateboarding, climbing and skating facilities
- and more
