The County Recorder system is based on Land Serial Number (Sometimes referred to as Parcel Number or Tax I D Number). However, information can also be retrieved by Property Address, Property Owner, and/or Legal Description.
If the original of a document which has been recorded in our office is lost, we can provide a Certified Copy of the document from our office. This Certified Copy will have the same effect as if you possessed the original.
We do not do title searches on private property. We can assist you and show you how to research property, but for a full title search we suggest contacting a local title company. A list of title companies in this County can be obtained from the phone directory.
