The Weber County Sheriff's Fleet Program falls under the direction of a sergeant in the Patrol/Operations Bureau.

The fleet consists of 121 vehicles. This includes cars, trucks, and motorcycles. The program allows for replacement of these vehicles on a yearly basis; allowing officers to operate new and dependable equipment and, at the same time, save money by eliminating repairs. Each year, the vehicles are sold to other agencies across the country and, in some cases, private citizens may purchase them. The emergency equipment is removed when sold to a private citizen. Many vehicles are fitted with state-of-the-art equipment including lap top computers, radar, and video cameras. The program has been very successful and will prove to be valuable in the future.
