| Dec 01, 2011- Unpaid property taxes become delinquent; penalty charge attached. |
| Dec 10, 2011 - Deadline for ordering a coupon book for 2012 tax pre-payment. |
| Feb. 1, 2012 - Interest begins to accrue on 2011 delinquent taxes, retroactive to Jan 1. |
