The Mission of the Planning Division is to fully support Planning Commission activities in implementing the General Plan in a manner that will preserve Weber County’s unique characteristics and enhance the quality of life for the County’s present and future residents. Staff is guided by a desire to serve the public with the highest professional and ethical standards through superior customer service.
Our office handles Commercial and Manufacturing site plans, Conditional Use Applications, Zoning Map and Zoning Ordinance amendments, Subdivision, Board of Adjustment, Boundary Commission, and various vacating petitions for the Unincorporated parts of Weber County, Utah.

The main meeting place for both the Planning Commissions and the Board of Adjustment is in the County Commission Chambers of the Weber Center (2380 Washington Blvd) unless otherwise noted. The pre-meeting/training for the Planning Commissions in room 108 is open to the public to attend but not available for public comments.
