Who Needs to License with Weber County Animal Services?

If you live in:

Farr West, Harrisville, Hooper, Huntsville, Marriott/Slaterville, Plain City, West Haven all dogs must be licensed.

Washington Terrace City all dogs and cats must be licensed.

Unincorporated Weber County all dogs must be licensed.

Mail the form with appropriate vaccination and sterilization certificates (originals) along with license fees to the address indicated on the form. Proof of age for senior licenses should also be included if appropriate.
